Project Summary

​Role: Lead Programmer
Genre: Multiplayer FIrst Person Shooter
Engine: Unreal Engine 4

Team Size: 8 People (2 Programmers)
Development Time: ​3 Months
  • Networked Multiplayer, Capture-the-flag, first person shooter for the PC.
  • Play as a hot air balloon man on a team to capture the opposing team's pinwheel while popping your enemies with weapons.
  • Utilize the Pin Pusher, Bloonderbuss, and Luftkanon to defeat enemies.

Responsibilities

  • Served as Lead Programmer and collaborated with Level Design and Art departments.
  • Managed tasks and reported progress for the Programming Department.
  • Perforce management and initial engine setup.
  • Managed technical documentation.
  • Integrated death animations and implemented animation state machine.
  • Worked on Luftkanon "push" functionality.​
  • Implemented all HUD functionality.
  • Implemented player leaderboard and customization of player names.
  • Implemented jump pads.
